FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I PURCHASE?
To purchase, first go to the Shop menu. Then, add books you would like to purchase into your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" Button. After including all of the books you want to purchase, go to cart, and fill out the Purchase Form as indicated. You will receive a confirmation email including further steps to proceed with your payment.
When & How Will I Receive My Books?
Once the Purchase Form is received, we will package your books and deliver them to you the next school day during lunchtime. (If delivery is delayed, we will notify you in advance.)
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THIS BOOK FAIR?
The GISDAQ Book Fair will be held until May 13th.
What is the 30% Return Promotion?
To encourage reading, we have made a policy where if you return the books you purchased 10 days after delivery, you would get a 30% refund. To get this refund, you must 1) indicate your wish for a refund in the purchase form, 2) return the books in the same quality as it was delivered on the 10th day after delivery or before. If you return the books, we will refund you based on the initial method of purchase. For every book that has been damaged, 1000 KRW from the refund will be subtracted. If you change your mind or the date has expired, you will not be eligible for the return.
CAN I DONATE BOOKS?
Yes! Donating books is another way to participate in this cause. Please reach out to us via the 'Contact Us' form in the Home page, and tell us how many, and when you would like to donate your books. We will reach out to you once you submit the form.
WHAT ARE TEACHERS' RECOMMENDATIONS?
Books that are marked "Teachers' Recommendations" are books in our inventory that have been recommended by 9 GIS Secondary and Primary teachers. These are teacher-guaranteed, high-quality books to consider including in your cart.
WHICH ORGANIZATION WILL YOU DONATE TO?
We will be donating 100% of our profits to UNICEF.
WHERE ARE THE BOOKS FROM?

HOW ARE BOOK PRICES DETERMINED?
Book prices are based on the market price, the quality of books, and the packaging fee. After grading each book based on its quality (wrinkles, etc.), we take a percentage of the book's market price according to its quality and add 1000 KRW, the packaging fee, to obtain the final price. The table below includes the book pricing conversion.
